We accept artwork files in Illustrator or Corel Draw or vector art  in PDF or  EPS  formats.

If you supply artwork as jpgs, tiff, psd, gif or Word or Publisher files, we will need to convert those files to acceptable formats and in those cases re drawing of the artwork will be required. A minimum artwork fee of 45.00 will apply when we need to re draw or significantly alter artwork files.

We will not use inferior artwork to decorate your product as we are committed to producing

quality outcomes for our clients.

 

We maintain electronic copies of all artwork files. Our system is geared to a common numbering system encompassing all aspects of each order you place with our company. Consequently all you need is an invoice number a sales order number or the number on the previous artwork proof for us to access the original artwork design that was used on a particular order. We are happy to provide electronic copies of your artwork at no cost.

 

Pad printing blocks, and related items are kept on your behalf with our specialist printers decorators and manufacturers so they are available for re use on re runs on the identical product. This keeps  re set up fees to a minimum and a  $25.00 to $35.00 re set up fee applies in most cases. These items are product specific and are not compatible for use on a different product.
