Print prices shown are for our standard print and cured in low fire ovens. This means it is not dishwasher safe and is recommended for hand wash only. On our glassware we insure the freight for you so you are covered for any breakages. We reserve the right on breakages to either refund for the broken glassware or rerun the broken items. Final decision on this remains with us. Breakages must be claimed within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
