425ml Conical Tempered Beer Glass

Description

Durability is the difference with the 425ml Conical Tempered Beer Glass. The familiar curved schooner profile, 145mm tall and 80mm across with a beaded rim at the edge, is backed by a toughening treatment that keeps it in service through conditions that cull ordinary glassware. It pours a certified 425ml and presents beer the way the curve was designed to, head up top, colour on show. Branding options run from full colour pad printing to laser etching with its frosted permanent finish. Place it with sports teams, casinos, comedy clubs or trade show bars, anywhere glassware works hard and the brand on it needs to work harder.

W&M Approved. Certified by Weights and Measures to hold the stated volume accurately, this glass is approved for serving alcohol by measure in licensed venues.

Tempered Glass. This glass has been through a tempering treatment that increases its strength by up to 6 times over standard glass. When breakages happen, it breaks into small blunt fragments rather than dangerous shards, meeting Australian safety standards for toughened glass in commercial settings.

Choosing a Decoration Method

This glassware can be decorated three ways, and the main difference between them is durability in the wash.

Pad printing is the standard method, with prices shown on this page. The logo is applied by pad print and cured in a low fire oven. Because the cure temperature is low, the print isn't dishwasher safe and the glasses should be hand washed.

Decal printing solves that. The decal is fired at high temperature in a kiln, fusing the artwork permanently into the glass surface. Decal printed glassware is guaranteed dishwasher safe, which makes it the right choice for pubs, clubs, and cafes where glasses go through commercial washers daily. Decals cost more than pad printing, so ask our sales team for pricing.

Laser etching, also priced on this page, engraves the logo directly into the glass for a frosted, single colour finish. Etching is permanent, dishwasher safe, and won't fade over time.
