The 425ml Conical Tempered & Nucleated Beer Glass is the industry's defining beer shape, reinforced for the realities of commercial service. Its toughening process delivers up to six times the strength of a standard conical, so the racks, trays and washers of a busy venue meet their match, while an etched nucleation pattern in the base sustains the head and carbonation across every certified 425ml pour. The glass stands 145mm tall by 80mm in diameter with weights and measures marking for draught beer usage. Branding applies across the recognisable curve in full colour pad print or permanent frosted etch, suited to hotel groups, casinos, golf tournaments and trade show hospitality bars.

W&M Approved. Certified by Weights and Measures to hold the stated volume accurately, this glass is approved for serving alcohol by measure in licensed venues.

Nucleated. The base carries an etched nucleation pattern that draws a steady stream of bubbles upward, preserving the head and keeping the beer lively in the glass.

Tempered Glass. This glass has been through a tempering treatment that increases its strength by up to 6 times over standard glass. Choosing a Decoration Method

This glassware can be decorated three ways, and the main difference between them is durability in the wash.

Pad printing is the standard method, with prices shown on this page. The logo is applied by pad print and cured in a low fire oven. Because the cure temperature is low, the print isn't dishwasher safe and the glasses should be hand washed.

Decal printing solves that. The decal is fired at high temperature in a kiln, fusing the artwork permanently into the glass surface. Decal printed glassware is guaranteed dishwasher safe, which makes it the right choice for pubs, clubs, and cafes where glasses go through commercial washers daily. Decals cost more than pad printing, so ask our sales team for pricing.

Laser etching, also priced on this page, engraves the logo directly into the glass for a frosted, single colour finish. Etching is permanent, dishwasher safe, and won't fade over time.
