163ml Marquise Coupe Glass

Description

Before the champagne flute existed, glasses looked like the 163ml Marquise Coupe Glass, wide and shallow on a short stem, 114mm tall with an 86mm bowl holding 163ml. The saucer profile isn't just aesthetic either, it's practical for shorter, quicker toasts where a full flute pour would be excessive. Car dealership launch events have taken to serving in coupes like this one, since the wide bowl works equally well for sparkling wine or a signature cocktail at a showroom unveiling. Branding applies to the bowl by full colour pad print or frosted laser etch.

If either point chips, it will be replaced or refunded when returned to the dealer. The guarantee does not cover general breakage, and since it protects the glass rather than the branding, replacements are supplied unbranded, with rebranding costed as a separate job.

Choosing a Decoration Method

This glassware can be decorated three ways, and the main difference between them is durability in the wash.

Pad printing is the standard method, with prices shown on this page. The logo is applied by pad print and cured in a low fire oven. Because the cure temperature is low, the print isn't dishwasher safe and the glasses should be hand washed.

Decal printing solves that. The decal is fired at high temperature in a kiln, fusing the artwork permanently into the glass surface. Decal printed glassware is guaranteed dishwasher safe, which makes it the right choice for pubs, clubs, and cafes where glasses go through commercial washers daily. Decals cost more than pad printing, so ask our sales team for pricing.

Laser etching, also priced on this page, engraves the logo directly into the glass for a frosted, single colour finish. Etching is permanent, dishwasher safe, and won't fade over time.
