Description

The 355ml Restaurant Basics Hi Ball takes the classic conical pint shape, tapering from a narrow base to a wide rim in a design familiar to any commercial kitchen. Libbey's DuraTuff® treatment strengthens it against thermal and mechanical shock, and an anti-shatter failure profile means it breaks into larger, blunt pieces rather than dangerous shards. A moulded stacking shelf allows secure nesting to save storage space, and the thinner sham reduces thermal stress when moving from washing to ice. The 355ml capacity suits beer, soft drinks and long drinks.

DuraTuff® Thermal Strengthening. This glass carries Libbey's DuraTuff® treatment, which strengthens the upper portion and boosts resistance to thermal and mechanical shock.

Internal Stacking Shelf. A moulded inner ring permits these tumblers to nest securely inside one another, maximising back bar or kitchen storage without jamming or scratching.

Anti-Shatter Failure Profile. An extreme impact severe enough to break this glass causes it to fracture into larger, blunt pieces due to DuraTuff® tension, rather than dangerous microscopic shards.

Thin Sham Design. This glass features a thinner base rather than a heavy bottom, intentionally reducing thermal stress when moving from washing cycles to cold ice setups.

Choosing a Decoration Method

This glassware can be decorated three ways, and the main difference between them is durability in the wash.

Pad printing is the standard method, with prices shown on this page. The logo is applied by pad print and cured in a low fire oven. Because the cure temperature is low, the print isn't dishwasher safe and the glasses should be hand washed.

Decal printing solves that. The decal is fired at high temperature in a kiln, fusing the artwork permanently into the glass surface. Decal printed glassware is guaranteed dishwasher safe, which makes it the right choice for pubs, clubs, and cafes where glasses go through commercial washers daily. Decals cost more than pad printing, so ask our sales team for pricing.

Laser etching, also priced on this page, engraves the logo directly into the glass for a frosted, single colour finish. Etching is permanent, dishwasher safe, and won't fade over time.
