Libbey's DuraTuff® treatment underpins the 474ml Endeavour Stackable Hi Ball, boosting its resistance to thermal and mechanical shock well beyond regular glassware used across most commercial kitchens. The etched stacking line lets tumblers nest safely to save storage room behind a busy bar, and a safer breakage pattern reduces the risk of sharp shards during service. A thick, weighted base keeps the glass stable on trays and counters. At 474ml, it's suited to long drinks, soft drinks and cocktails at food and beer festivals.
Libbey DuraTuff®. Libbey treats this glass with its DuraTuff® process, which strengthens the upper portion against thermal and mechanical shock. The result is glassware built to withstand sudden temperature swings and the daily knocks of high volume service.
Space-Saving Stackable Build. A stacking shelf line is etched into the glass a few inches above the base, permitting staff to nest tumblers safely without scratching or binding for tighter storage.
Safer Crumble Breakage. If this glass is severely dropped, the structural treatment stops it shattering into microscopic fragments, breaking instead into larger, more manageable pieces that reduce cleanup time and protect kitchen staff.
Heavyweight Squared Sham. A thick, prominent glass base sits beneath the slim body of this tumbler, lowering its centre of gravity to keep it stable on serving trays and wet bar counters.
This glassware can be decorated three ways, and the main difference between them is durability in the wash.
Pad printing is the standard method, with prices shown on this page. The logo is applied by pad print and cured in a low fire oven. Because the cure temperature is low, the print isn't dishwasher safe and the glasses should be hand washed.
Decal printing solves that. The decal is fired at high temperature in a kiln, fusing the artwork permanently into the glass surface. Decal printed glassware is guaranteed dishwasher safe, which makes it the right choice for pubs, clubs, and cafes where glasses go through commercial washers daily. Decals cost more than pad printing, so ask our sales team for pricing.
Laser etching, also priced on this page, engraves the logo directly into the glass for a frosted, single colour finish. Etching is permanent, dishwasher safe, and won't fade over time.
