With a bowl shaped specifically for Riesling, this SON.hyx glass gives the variety's floral and mineral notes the space to fully develop. Blown in Italy, the material combines clarity with genuine strength, backed by a titanium-treated stem that resists snapping under stress. Capacity runs to 440ml, larger than the Sauvignon Blanc glass in the same range, with a dedicated branding zone on the lower bowl.
Shaped for Riesling: This glass uses a broader bowl to give Riesling's wide aromatic profile, spanning floral, stone fruit and mineral notes, enough room to open up fully. The taper towards the rim still holds those aromas close enough to reach the nose clearly. A curved rim then directs the wine to the tip of the tongue, helping bring the variety's sweetness and acidity into balance. It's a shape built around Riesling's particular complexity.
SON.hyx Glass: Blown in Italy using a high-tech glass formula, this piece delivers absolute optical clarity together with genuine structural strength. It offers the visual brilliance expected of premium stemware without the fragility that often comes with it. For venues serving fine wine, it's a material built to match the occasion.
Titanium-Reinforced Stem: The stem on this glass has been treated with a permanent, anti-abrasion titanium process, making it far more resistant to snapping or fracturing under torsion than an untreated pulled stem. This targets the most common failure point on fine stemware, adding real durability without altering its elegant profile. It's a practical feature for venues wanting premium glassware that lasts.
This glassware can be decorated three ways, and the main difference between them is durability in the wash.
Pad printing is the standard method, with prices shown on this page. The logo is applied by pad print and cured in a low fire oven. Because the cure temperature is low, the print isn't dishwasher safe and the glasses should be hand washed.
Decal printing solves that. The decal is fired at high temperature in a kiln, fusing the artwork permanently into the glass surface. Decal printed glassware is guaranteed dishwasher safe, which makes it the right choice for pubs, clubs, and cafes where glasses go through commercial washers daily. Decals cost more than pad printing, so ask our sales team for pricing.
Laser etching, also priced on this page, engraves the logo directly into the glass for a frosted, single colour finish. Etching is permanent, dishwasher safe, and won't fade over time.
