How they're made - We start with a strong die striking process involving your design which becomes imprinted on to our high quality iron that we use for these badges. We then allow for a the customer's choice of plating options. After that has been decided, the associated (enamel) colours are added to the badges. Following this is a baking session which involves a kiln with incredibly high temperatures to ensure the colour separate and settle correctly. Finally, we give you your desired polish and finish and afterwards begin packing your medallions for shipment.
